Exchange Policy

At Nexatek, we stand behind the quality of our Certified Pre-Owned Phones and Tablets. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-day return or exchange period from the date your order is marked as delivered.


1. 7-Day Return & Exchange Window

You may request a return or exchange within 7 calendar days of delivery confirmation.

After 7 days, all sales are considered final.


2. Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return or exchange, the device must:

  • Be in the same condition as received

  • Show no new physical damage (cracks, dents, water damage, etc.)

  • Have no iCloud, Google, or activation locks enabled

  • Have the original IMEI/serial number intact and untampered

  • Be returned with all included accessories (if applicable)

  • Be factory reset and fully signed out of all accounts

Any device returned with:

  • Account locks (iCloud / Google lock)

  • Blacklisted or reported IMEI

  • Signs of tampering, internal repair attempts, or part replacement

  • Physical or liquid damage not present at time of sale

Will not qualify for a refund or exchange.


3. Restocking Fee

Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15% to cover testing, inspection, and processing.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.


4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The device was defective upon arrival

  • We shipped the wrong item

We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method. Nexatek is not responsible for lost return shipments.


5. Refund Process

Once the device is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified of approval status.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

  • If inspection fails eligibility requirements, the device will be shipped back at the customer's expense.


6. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your device:

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

  • Any price difference must be paid before shipment.

  • The replacement device will be shipped after the returned device passes inspection.


7. Warranty Notice

Our 7-day return period is separate from any warranty coverage that may apply to your device. Warranty claims follow separate terms and conditions.
