1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Orders placed after 1:00 PM PST will be processed the next business day.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including tracking information.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: 2–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 1–4 business days

  • Free STANDARD SHIPPING apply on orders over $99

Shipping times may vary depending on your location within Canada.


3. Shipping Carriers

We ship via trusted carriers such as:

  • Canada Post

  • UPS

  • Purolator

  • FedEx

Carrier selection may vary depending on destination and package size.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.


5. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

If you notice an error, contact us immediately.


6. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide your order number and photos (if damaged)

We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


7. Signature Requirement (For High-Value Items)

For security reasons, high-value items (such as smartphones and electronics) may require a signature upon delivery.
